The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments (OKI) is now accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for consultant services to assist in the development of the North Warren County Transportation Plan Phase 1. OKI, as the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky metropolitan area, will serve as the contracting agency as a part of a project management team overseeing the hiring of a selected firm resulting from this RFQ. The Project Management Team will consist of OKI, the Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission (MVRPC), the Warren County Transportation Improvement District (WCTID) and the Warren County Engineer’s Office (WCEO).

Interested firms’ questions and inquiries on the specifications of this SOQ shall be submitted in writing via email to Robert Koehler at rkoehler@oki.org. Questions will be accepted until October 14, 2025, 2 PM, EDT. The responses to all questions will be posted on www.oki.org by 4:00 p.m. EDT on October 14, 2025
