Overview

As a recipient of federal transportation funds, OKI agrees to follow the U.S. Department of Transportation requirements in regards to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.

Title VI says that “no person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, sex, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”

Grievance Procedure

Anyone who believes they’ve experienced unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with OKI.
