The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments (OKI) is now accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional services to help Kenton County identify, and prioritize their multimodal transportation needs to support the highest quality of life today and into the future. OKI, as the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky metropolitan area, will serve as the project manager and contract directly with the selected firm resulting from this RFQ.

Interested firms’ questions and inquiries on the specifications of this SOQ shall be submitted in writing via email to Brett Porter at bporter@oki.org. Questions will be accepted until October 2, 2025, noon EDT. The responses to all questions will be posted by 4:00 p.m. EDT on October 6, 2025.
