Julia Brossart
Communications & Legislative Affairs Manager
As leader of OKI’s Communications Department, Julia focuses on informing the public and stakeholders about OKI’s crucial role in the region. She oversees all aspects of public involvement, marketing, and media and public relations for the agency, as well as manages government and legislative affairs. Julia holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Missouri and a Bachelor’s in Communications from Western Kentucky University.
